Whose gut feels sluggish post Christmas? Mine always feels a bit off after events like Christmas! But I NEVER deprive myself of food or skip meals to ‘make up’ or punish myself for Christmas. Instead I focus on getting the good stuff in! Making sure you get some prebiotic fibre is a great way to make the beneficial bacteria in our gut thrive.
