Your fullness…. It’s a LIE!
.
“Pile the veggies onto your plate!” they said. “Drink a bunch of water first!” they said…. But “Don’t be surprised if you’re hungry again in 20 minutes!” they did NOT say….

Here is the deal ?
.
There is a BIG difference between being full and being satisfied.
.
FULL ➡️ your stomach has a lotta stuff in it.
.
SATISFIED ➡️ your body has what it needs but from a nourishment sense but also enjoyment.
.
Example? Eating a giiiiiant salad with mostly just veggies and that’s it, your stomach will likely be physically full of lettuce but it probs hasn’t gotten what it needs (energy).
.
Veggies are important, yes, but more/most is NOT always better. I suggest starting by looking at your plate ? before you eat it. Do you have carbs ?, protein ? and fat ? on there? Try adjusting the amounts of those and see if that feels better. Maybe you up the carbs, protein or fat if you’re skimping on one of them.
.
I created a little gentle nutrition “cheat sheet” for you that I’ll link in my bio! It’s got a checklist of the 4 things I consider when crafting a meal to allow it to give me TRUE fullness that lasts for hours… not any of that faux fullness B.S.! Hope it’s helpful!
