Cheese + Fruit Bistro Boxes??
{An Autumn take-n-go snack #FoodPrep combo}

makes 1 box/per listed serving
Ingredients:
1 oz. aged cheddar cheese, sliced
1 oz. Gouda, or Brie sliced
1/4 cup gluten free, or sprouted wheat crackers
3 slices red apple
5 oz. seedless organic grapes
2 Tbsp raw walnuts
2 Tbsp dried apricots
Instructions:
Dip apple slices in pure pineapple juice, or lemon water, to prevent browning.
Place the cheeses, crackers, apples, grapes, walnuts and dried apricots into a meal prep container.
Keep it in the fridge for about 3-4 days.
