{new} 15-minute Shrimp + Sausage Skillet
{Protein & Veggie packed Dinner SUPER Fast!}

Ingredients:
1 lb. medium or large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
6 oz nitrate-free smoked sausage, chopped
1 cup diced red bell pepper
2 medium zucchini, chopped
2 fresh garlic cloves, diced
sea salt & pepper to taste
pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
2 Tbsp olive oil, avocado oil, or coconut oil (divided)
small bunch of fresh chopped parsley
Instructions:
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat with 1 Tbsp oil.
Cook shrimp about 3 minutes until pink and opaque, season with sea salt and pepper, then remove from pan and set aside.
Add remaining 1 Tbsp of oil into the skillet and cook sliced sausage for about 2 minutes. Add chopped bell peppers and zucchini to the skillet, cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Add your cooked shrimp back into skillet along with the garlic, and stir fry everything for about 1 minute to heat through.
Add sea salt, ground pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste.
Remove from heat, garnish with parsley and serve hot.
