{new} Smoked Salmon Cucumber Rolls ?

makes about 2-3 servings
Ingredients:
1/2 large English cucumber
1 Pack high quality smoked salmon
1/4 cup cream cheese, hummus, or plain Greek yogurt – your choice
For the sauce:
1/4 cup coconut aminos liquid, Braggs liquid amino, or light soy sauce
1 tsp sesame seeds
1/2 tsp chili flakes
a pinch of garlic powder, or 1-2 fresh garlic cloves, minced
Instructions:
Slice the cucumber into very thin slices using a peeler or a mandolin.
Cut smoked salmon into smaller this slices, as shown and add a layer of smoked salmon to the cucumber slices.
Apply a very thin layer of cream cheese, the roll it up.
In a small glass bowl, whisk all the sauce ingredients.
Arrange the rolls on a plater together with the sauce and enjoy!
