Tangy Turkey Rollups ???

{A tangy, protein packed lunch or snack in a flash! ?
Set our the filling ingredients and let everyone makes their own!?} .
makes 3 servings
Ingredients:
6 roasted chicken, or turkey slices, nitrate free
a handful of sprouts, or pea shoots (you may also use other greens like baby spinach leaves, rocket greens)
1 ripe avocado, cut into wedges
3 hard boiled eggs, peeled and cut into quarters
3 Tbsps honey mustard, dijon mustard, or regular (use YOUR fave!) Instructions:
Lay sliced meat flat on a large cutting board. Add sprouts, avocado and egg.
Drizzle with a bit of honey mustard then roll up!
Repeat with the remaining chicken slices. Enjoy!
