For each (1) serving:
1 cup lightly packed greens, baby spinach is a great place to start
1/2 cup total mixed fruits and/or berries, fresh or frozen work
1 cup unsweetened almond, coconut, or cashew milk.
3 ice cubes
Optional add-ins:
1 tsp chia seeds, flaxseed, coconut oil, avocado, or nut butter
1/2 tsp raw honey, or pure maple, or to taste
splash of icy cold water if required to get it blended
1 scoop protein powder {Blend well and enjoy!}
