5 ingredient muffins with no added sugar? Count me in ??‍♀️ I was just tapping through stories yesterday and saw @thewellnecessities posted a link to this banana oat muffin recipe and I immediately ran to the kitchen to make them ? All you need is 5 simple ingredients, a blender, and a muffin pan ?? Talk about an easy on-the-go breakfast! I’m totally having a couple this morning with nut butter ? Happy Thursday friends!

@thewellnecessities BLENDER BANANA MUFFINS ? and I tweaked a few things:
1 cup @bobsredmill GF oats + 2 medium bananas + 1 egg + 1 tbsp. water + 1 tbsp. cinnamon + 1/2 tsp. baking powder + 1 tsp. Himalayan pink salt! (In a blender, blend the egg and water. Next, add all other ingredients. Grease a muffin tin and pour batter into tin. Mine made 8 muffins. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes!
