a little bit of everything for lunch ? I air fried some sweet potato bites + warmed up some leftover mac n cheese & baked some chicken nuggets in the oven ?? Such a goooood combo & so easy to throw together. I hope you guys are having a great Thursday! || #HannahHarvestingHealth

lunch dEATs:
c h i c k e n-
I cut a @rastellibutchers chicken breast into small pieces, dipped them into a whisked egg, and then into a mixture of almond flour, salt/pepper, & italian seasoning! Then I baked them in the oven at 400F for 13 minutes, flipping halfway through.
s w e e t potatoes-
I coated the pieces in a little bit of avocado oil + pink salt & air fried them at 400F for about 10 minutes.
m a c n c h e e s e-
I used @traderjoes brown rice pasta and stirred in @miyokoscreamery mozzarella + pink salt + @spiceislands_ paprika.
a v o c a d o-
I cut half a @wholefoods avocado and topped it with @traderjoes EBTB seasoning.
