#ad || I’m convinced that these FIVE ingredient ‘Gingerbread Biscuit Bites’ are the easiest and tastiest holiday treat I’ve made yet ??? (also where’s the gingerbread person emoji!?) I used @bobsredmill GF biscuit mix and they came out sooo fluffy! @bobsredmill uses high quality whole grains to satisfy all vegan, paleo, and gluten free friendly cooking and baking needs, which is seriously so helpful ?? Gingerbread Biscuit Bites:
1 1/2 cup @bobsredmill GF biscuit mix
2 tsp. gingerbread spice
1 egg
1/4 cup almond milk
1/4 cup butter (I used vegan butter because that’s all I had, but regular butter works too!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F and spray/line a baking sheet. Whisk the egg and milk together in a small bowl. In a separate bowl, stir together biscuit mix and gingerbread spice. Use a fork to incorporate the butter into the dry ingredients until it becomes a crumbly mixture. Pour the wet into the dry and stir until a dough forms; I stirred some then used my hands (you may need to add 1 tsp. water if batter is slightly dry)
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Roll the dough into 18 balls, coat in a mixture of cinnamon and coconut sugar, and bake for 10 minutes! (optional—I dipped the top of the biscuit bites into a mixture of cinnamon + coconut sugar + almond milk)
