#ad Lets talk SNACKS ? I am one of those people who can’t go a single day without snackin’ and this @powerupsnacks trail mix has been my go-to recently! Especially with school starting back, I need allll the snacks to keep me fueled for the day. The trail mix is a perfect snack to eat alone or you can even add it into recipes like these ‘Strawberry Trail Mix Baked Donuts’ that are seriously SO fluffy and only require 7 simple ingredients!! Strawberry Trail Mix Donuts:
1 1/2 cup GF flour blend (or all purpose/whole wheat flour)
1 tsp. baking powder
6 strawberries
1/2 cup almond milk
1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
1 egg
1/3 cup chopped @powerupsnacks trail mix
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350F and spray a donut pan. Blend the strawberries slightly, pour into a bowl, and whisk in the almond milk, coconut oil, and egg. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined. Fold the trail mix in, pipe the batter into the donut pan, and bake for 12-14 minutes!
