#ad || This was one of those recipes that I was just messing around with and the end result… THE fluffiest cake I think I’ve ever had ? It’s packed with @oriyaorganics paleo plant protein (which is just 4 seeds and 2 berries!!!), crushed peppermint, and melty chocolatey goodness ? aaaaand its all made in mug!! Protein Peppermint Chocolate Chip Mug Cake:
1 tbsp melted coconut oil/butter/ghee
1 egg
1/4 cup almond milk
1/4 cup almond flour
3 tsp. coconut sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 scoop @oriyaorganics ‘gather paleo plant protein’ powder
2 tbsp. crushed peppermint
2 tbsp. chocolate chips
Directions: Use a fork to whisk the egg and oil/butter together in a large mug, add the rest of the ingredients, and microwave for 2- 2 1/2 minutes!
