alllll the warm blueberries on this cold rainy day ?? this single serving blueberry banana bread is one of my fav fav favs because it’s packed with healthy fats + antioxidants + protein + potassium.. & did I mention it’s super easy to make?! ? happy tuesday friends! || #HannahHarvestingHealth

microwave blueberry banana bread:
i n g r e d i e n t s-
1 egg
2 tbsp. almond milk
1 small ripe banana (mashed)
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. almond flour
1 tbsp. coconut flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2-3 tbsp. blueberries
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
d i r e c t i o n s-
1. In a microwaveable mug, whisk together the egg, almond milk, and mashed banana.
2. Stir in the dry ingredients, fold in the blueberries, and microwave for 2 1/2 minutes! {I topped mine with banana slices + @salbachia chia seeds + shredded coconut + drizzle of honey!
