back in my kitchen and the first thing I made are these energy balls! I love grabbing a couple before {or after} a workout because they’re packed with healthy fats + protein ?? you can customize them by what you have in your fridge & pantry, but the basics are almond flour + oat flour + nut/seed butter. suuuuper easy to make & I like to store mine in the fridge to keep them extra chewy! happy happy friday ♡ || #hannahharvestinghealth

cashew butter energy balls:
i n g r e d i e n t s-
1/2 cup oat flour {I blended some @bobsredmill gf oats until I got a flour consistency}
1/4 cup @natureseats almond flour
1 tsp. @simplyorganicfoods ceylon cinnamon
1 tsp. @shopkarenberrios maca powder
1 tbsp. @shopkarenberrios chia seeds
1 tbsp. flax meal
1 tbsp. @manitobaharvest hemp seeds
3 tbsp. @so_delicious unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup @juliesreal cashew butter

d i r e c t i o n s-
stir everything together, roll into balls {makes are 7-8}, & store in the fridge! {I also tossed mine in a little more almond flour}
