Basically just ate dessert for breakfast ??? I made my little pumpkin mug cake and layered it in my @weckjars with a few other simple ingredients. Seriously turned out to be the best combo! Happy Wednesday friends! || #HannahHarvestingHealth

Pumpkin Mug Cake:
i n g r e d i e n t s-
1 egg
1-2 tbsp. pure maple syrup/agave/honey
3 tbsp. @wholefoods pumpkin purée
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. almond flour
1 tbsp. coconut flour
1 tsp. @primalpalate pumpkin pie spice {or cinnamon}

d i r e c t i o n s-
In a microwaveable mug, whisk together the egg, pumpkin purée, and pure maple syrup. Stir in the rest of the ingredients and microwave for 2 minutes! I layered mine with diced apples + @kitehillfoods greek style yogurt + @wholefoods almond butter + @primalpalate pumpkin pie spice!
