Big salads have to be my favorite healthy meal of all time ? I put down some spinach as the base, cooked some corn and broccoli, added some strawberries, and made BAKED chicken nuggets! Whenever chicken is involved, I’m there ?? I also drizzled on some @primalkitchenfoods honey mustard + a little @sirkensingtons mustard. •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
BAKED CHICKEN NUGGETS:
-chicken strips (cut into little pieces)
– @snikiddy cheddar baked fries – @myveganrobs probiotic cauliflower puffs -1 egg
DIRECTIONS:
-Preheat oven to 350F
-Cut chicken strips into little pieces -Whisk one egg in a small bowl
-Crush up @myveganrobs puffs + @snikiddy cheddar baked fries and combine in small bowl.
-Roll little chicken pieces in the egg then into the puff mixture and place on baking sheet.
-Bake for 5 minutes, flip them, then bake for 10 more minutes.
