Blueberry mug cake for breakfast without all the good toppings because I neeeeed to go grocery shopping ? I tested out a new gluten free flour this morning and it turned out so good! Blueberry Mug Cake:
1 egg
1 tbsp @beekeepers_naturals honey
2 tbsp @so_delicious almond milk
1/4 cup @thesecretgf flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 scoop @ancientnutrition vanilla chai multi collagen ultra {CBD + collagen + MCT}
3 tbsp. frozen wild blueberries

Directions:
In a microwaveable mug, whisk together the egg, honey, and almond milk. Stir in the dry ingredients, fold in the blueberries, and microwave for 2 minutes! Topped mine with some @manitobaharvest hemp hearts for added protein. #ManitobaHarvest #MHHempAmbassador
