Toast dEATs: @callascleaneats English muffin recipe: stir togetherness a bowl of mug— 1 egg + 1/4 tsp. baking powder + 2 tbsp. coconut flour + 1 tbsp. ground flaxseed + 3 tbsp. water + dash of pink salt! Microwave for 2 minutes now and ENJOY! Topped with half an avocado + 1 scrambled egg with black pepper ?
