crispy tots for lunch ?? I saw @lilsipper post a two-ingredient cauli tot recipe the other day and I finally made them yesterday! they turned out sooo good that I made more today & added in some spinach ?? the texture is my fav part & I paired them with @sirkensingtons habanero ranch. happy FRIYAY! || #hannahharvestinghealth

spinach cauli tots-

i n g r e d i e n t s:
2 cups steamed cauliflower rice
1 cup chickpea flour
2 handfuls of spinach
salt/pepper
@oh_my_spice spicy fajita seasoning from my @clean.fit_box
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
d i r e c t i o n s-
1. put all of the ingredients into a food processor and pulse until a dough forms.
2. place dough in a bowl & store in the fridge for 15 minutes.
3. remove from the fridge and form the dough into small patties {I made 20.}
4. place on a baking sheet & bake for 20 minutes at 350F, flipping halfway through the time. enjoy!
