Currently on my way to Florida for a little beach trip with the fam and I had a bar for breakfast, so I’m throwing it back to these energy bites that I’m totally craving now ? They seriously make for the perfect snack! I’m beyond ready for all the bike rides, swims, sunrise runs, and allllllll the good food this week ?? I’ll make sure to take you guys along in my stories while I’m in Florida and I’m thinking that I will maybe write a blog post of all the fun places to eat/adventure to. Would you guys like that?? I’ve been going to Anna Maria Island every summer since I was little, so I have a lot to write about ? I hope you guys have a great Saturday! •

Blueberry coconut energy bites: 1/2 cup plain yogurt (DF or Greek yogurt) + 1/2 cup coconut flour + 1 tbsp. water + 1/4 cup mashed blueberries + 1 scoop vanilla protein powder + 1 tsp. pure maple syrup! DIRECTIONS: Stir everything together, roll into balls, and store in the fridge or freezer!
