Currently on my way to Florida for a little beach trip with the fam and I had a bar for breakfast, so I’m throwing it back to these energy bites that I’m totally craving now 🤤 They seriously make for the perfect snack! I’m beyond ready for all the bike rides, swims, sunrise runs, and allllllll the good food this week 🙌🏼 I’ll make sure to take you guys along in my stories while I’m in Florida and I’m thinking that I will maybe write a blog post of all the fun places to eat/adventure to. Blueberry coconut energy bites: 1/2 cup plain yogurt (DF or Greek yogurt) + 1/2 cup coconut flour + 1 tbsp. water + 1/4 cup mashed blueberries + 1 scoop vanilla protein powder + 1 tsp. pure maple syrup! DIRECTIONS: Stir everything together, roll into balls, and store in the fridge or freezer!
