Day 3 of a ‘no added sugar week’ and I’m feeling great! Not really craving sweets, but if I do— fruit is key ?? These strawberry banana oats totally hit the spot this morning ? and I’m really getting into the February spirit ??There is just something SO good about warm fruit ? Plus, the @ripplefoods pea milk makes the oatmeal extra creamy! I have three classes today and it’s raining… so wish me luck ☔️? Happy Wednesday friends!

STRAWBERRY BANANA OATS:
Heaping 1/2 cup of @bobsredmill GF oats + enough @ripplefoods milk to cover the oats (didn’t measure) + 4 mashed strawberries—stir everything and microwave for 2 minutes! Then I topped it with more mashed strawberries and half a banana ?
