Dinner was WAY too good not to share ? I made a simple pasta sauce, paired it with some @eatbanza chickpea shells, and topped it with some fresh oregano leaves ? I’ll put the recipe below so that you guys can try it ASAP!! •
Tomato Coconut Cream sauce:
1 cup organic tomato sauce
Juice of half a lemon
Salt & black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp leaf oregano (in a spice container)
1/2 cup @traderjoes organic coconut cream (stir the whole can then measure out 1/2 cup)
1/4 tsp paprika!
Just put all ingredients in a sauce pan and stir while it heats up, then pour over pasta and e n j o y!
