Finally tried the @fitjoy Himalayan Sea Salt Pretzels a few days ago and I’ve already gone through a whole bag… or 2…! #ad They’re sooo good & crunchy and only have 10 simple ingredients ??? I made a Cinnamon Pretzel Streusel to go on top of these homemade banana muffins and it turned out to be the BEST addition! Happy Wednesday friends! || #FitJoyPartner ||#HannahHarvestingHealth

Banana Muffins:
i n g r e d i e n t s-
1.5 cups almond flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. ceylon cinnamon
1/3 cup coconut sugar
2 eggs
2 bananas (1 cup mashed)
d i r e c t i o n s-
1.) Preheat oven to 350F and line a muffin tin.
2.) In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients and in a small bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients.
3.) Pour the wet into the dry and stir until well combined.
4.) Fill the muffin cups about 1/2 way full, top with Cinnamon Pretzel Streusel, and bake for 25-30 minutes. {Allow the muffins to cool for 5-10 minutes before enjoying!}

Cinnamon Pretzel Streusel:
i n g r e d i e n t s-
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup crushed @fitjoy pretzels
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup coconut sugar
3 tbsp. almond milk
d i r e c t i o n s-
1.) In a blender or food processor, blend some @fitjoy pretzels until you get a fine crumb (measure out the 1/2 cup after blended.)
2.) Whisk together the dry ingredients, then stir in the almond milk!
