Happy FRYday ? These Japanese sweet potato fries are seriously the best snack and a dipping sauce is always a must, so I made a suuuuper simple ‘dijon mayo’ and it’s insane ??? || #HannahHarvestingHealth
Fry dEATs: I just thinly sliced two Japanese sweet potatoes and coated them in @chosenfoods oil & @primalpalate adobo seasoning. Popped them into the oven (375F) for around 20ish minutes—tossing them halfway.
Dijon Mayo dEATs: I didn’t measure anything, but I just combined about two big spoonfuls of @followyourheart vegan mayo, a little lemon juice, black pepper, and a couple squirts of @sirkensingtons Dijon mustard!
