Heading home for the holidays tomorrow & I can’t wait to make more of these gingerbread bars with my fam! The texture is super fluffy & the @simplemills icing on top makes them extra tasty ?? Gingerbread Bars:
i n g r e d i e n t s-
1 1/2 cups @bobsredmill almond flour
1/2 cup @bobsredmill gf baking flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/3 cup @nutiva coconut sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 cup @traderjoes almond milk
2 eggs

d i r e c t i o n s-
1. Preheat oven to 350F and spray/line an 8×8 baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients & in a small bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients.
3. Pour the wet into dry and stir until well combined.
4. Pour into the 8×8 and bake for 20 minutes! Let them cool at least 10-15 minutes cool before topping with icing.
