I posted a story of my meal prepped lunches the other day, but just wanted to show ya an up close pic of what all I am having for lunch this week! Salads DON’T have to be boring!!
I used a base of spinach and then added 1 donut peach + apple + carrots + corn + strawberries + goat cheese + and pasta salad (pasta + avocado oil mayo + salt & pepper + celery + peas + grilled chicken). For a dressing I used dairy free ranch.
Definitely a nutritious, yummy, and filling lunch.
