I’m one of those people who doesn’t skimp out on breakfast… ? these two recipes are hands down my favvv!! I’m going to keep this short so that I can fit in both recipes below, but I hope you guys have a great Monday ? Let’s make today a good one! #hannahharvestinghealth

STRAWBERRY CHIA PUDDING:
1/2 cup plain/vanilla yogurt (I used @foragerproject ), 5 strawberries, 2-3 tbsp. chia seeds, and you could also add in protein powder or collagen! (Just blend the strawberries and yogurt, then stir in the chia seeds and store in the fridge overnight to enjoy in the morning!)

SINGLE-SERVING MICROWAVE BANANA BREAD:
1 tbsp. coconut oil/butter/ghee
1 egg (you can use a flax egg but the bread doesn’t set as much, but still good)
1 small ripe banana (mashed)
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. almond flour
1 tbsp. coconut flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. chocolate chips/walnuts (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
In a microwaveable cereal bowl or mug, melt the coconut oil (about 20-30 seconds). Let it cool for a few seconds, then whisk in the egg and mashed banana. Stir in the rest of the ingredients and microwave for 2 minutes!
