It’s national DONUT DAY and I’m celebrating with some strawberry pancake donuts ? I have soooo many strawberries in my fridge, so this was the perfect recipe to use them up before they go bad ??? For the frosting, I stirred together @traderjoes coconut yogurt and mashed strawberries, then drizzled them with chocolate because we all know that strawberries and chocolate is a match made in heaven ? I hope you guys are celebrating today too ? and happy June!! ?

Strawberry Chocolate Donut dEATs: So I just followed the directions for the pancake mix I used —> @glutenfreemama1 and then stirred in some mashed strawberries! I poured the batter into a donut pan and baked them at 350F for 10 minutes! SO yummy ??
