Just spent about all day in the kitchen prepping some food for next week, so this nutrient dense meal was reallllly needed ?? I’m going to try and post more veggie inspired meals on here for you guys, because I’ve tried some super yummy combos recently that you just have to try ? Dinner dEATs: Bed of butter lettuce, @eatbanza chickpea pasta with my Tomato Coconut Cream sauce {1 cup organic tomato sauce + Juice of half a lemon + Salt & black pepper + 1/4 tsp garlic powder + 1/2 tsp oregano + 1/2 cup @traderjoes organic coconut cream (stir the whole can then measure out 1/2 cup) + 1/4 tsp paprika! Just put all ingredients in a sauce pan and stir while it heats up, then pour over pasta}, snap peas, bell pepper, radishes, and yellow squash! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
