Just spent about all day in the kitchen prepping some food for next week, so this nutrient dense meal was reallllly needed 🙌🏼 I’m going to try and post more veggie inspired meals on here for you guys, because I’ve tried some super yummy combos recently that you just have to try 😋 I hope you’ve have had a great day 💕 #hannahharvestinghealth

Dinner dEATs: Bed of butter lettuce, @eatbanza chickpea pasta with my Tomato Coconut Cream sauce {1 cup organic tomato sauce + Juice of half a lemon + Salt & black pepper + 1/4 tsp garlic powder + 1/2 tsp oregano + 1/2 cup @traderjoes organic coconut cream (stir the whole can then measure out 1/2 cup) + 1/4 tsp paprika! Just put all ingredients in a sauce pan and stir while it heats up, then pour over pasta}, snap peas, bell pepper, radishes, and yellow squash! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
