YOGURT BANANA BREAD:
i n g r e d i e n t s-
2 small ripe bananas (1/2 cup mashed)
1/2 cup @foragerproject Vanilla Plant-based Protein Yogurt
2 flax eggs (stir together 2 tbsp. flaxseed meal with 5 tbsp. water & let sit for 5 minutes)
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/2 cup cassava flour
1 cup almond flour
1 tsp. baking soda
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
d i r e c t i o n s-
1. preheat oven to 350F and spray/line a 9×5 loaf pan.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients, then stir in the dry ingredients.
3. Pour batter into loaf pan & bake for 30-35 minutes. {let it cool for at least 20 minutes before cutting into slices}
