My ‘not so pretty but super flavorful’ dinner ?? This is one of the best dinners I’ve put together in a while, all thanks to @lilsipper for her TWO-INGREDIENT cauliflower gnocchi recipe ? Wow it’s good!!!!! I cooked it the way she suggested, and then sautéed them in coconut oil to get them nice and crispy ?? Also made zoodles and threw in some broccoli slaw (sautéed them in coconut oil with pink salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning). Thennnn I threw together the tastiest sauce ever ? Let’s just say this combo is I N S A N E! And if you haven’t noticed yet… I can get a little too excited about food, but who wouldn’t when it’s this good?! ? Vegan Cheesy Avocado Sauce: (Totally didn’t measure anything, but I’ll guesstimate) 1/4 cup @miyokos_kitchen chive cheese (found at Earth Fare), 1/2 of an avocado, few splashes of almond milk, and a few leaves of cilantro! I tossed the zoodles in with this sauce… WAY good!
