My ‘not so pretty but super flavorful’ dinner 🍴😉 This is one of the best dinners I’ve put together in a while, all thanks to @lilsipper for her TWO-INGREDIENT cauliflower gnocchi recipe 😍 Wow it’s good!!!!! I cooked it the way she suggested, and then sautéed them in coconut oil to get them nice and crispy 🙌🏼 Also made zoodles and threw in some broccoli slaw (sautéed them in coconut oil with pink salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning). Thennnn I threw together the tastiest sauce ever 🤤 Let’s just say this combo is I N S A N E! And if you haven’t noticed yet… I can get a little too excited about food, but who wouldn’t when it’s this good?! 😆 I’ll put the sauce recipe below! #hannahharvestinghealth •

Vegan Cheesy Avocado Sauce: (Totally didn’t measure anything, but I’ll guesstimate) 1/4 cup @miyokos_kitchen chive cheese (found at Earth Fare), 1/2 of an avocado, few splashes of almond milk, and a few leaves of cilantro! I tossed the zoodles in with this sauce… WAY good!
