One thing I loveeeeee to prep for the week is pasta! This is @eatbanza chickpea pasta with @so_delicious mozzarella + salt & pepper ?? Sometimes I’ll eat it plain like this and other times I’ll stir in some roasted veggies + spinach + black beans!
