overflowing goooodness ?✨ i’m bringing back a fall recipe i created last year & it turned out sooo fluffy!! dc actually has some fall weather today, so i’m soaking it all up ?? HAPPY FRIDAY!

microwave pumpkin mug cake:
1 egg
2 tbsp. pure maple syrup/agave
3 tbsp. @wholefoods pumpkin purée
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. @bobsredmill almond flour
1 tbsp. @bobsredmill coconut flour
1 tsp. @primalpalate pumpkin pie spice {or cinnamon}
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
directions:
in a microwaveable cereal bowl or mug (i used a glass jar), whisk together the egg, pumpkin purée, and pure maple syrup. stir in the rest of the ingredients and microwave for 2 minutes! i topped mine with @kitehillfoods greek style yogurt + cinnamon.
