Quick and easy breakfast this morning ? I have a new obsession—adding yogurt to smoothies ?? I have been putting little containers in them and they turn out so much creamier! I used to make my smoothies with yogurt all the time, but my stomach doesn’t always do well with dairy/yogurt—so once I found carb master (lactose free) I was hooked! Definitely tasted like a strawberry milkshake ? I’m babysitting for most of the weekend and then going to a Falcons game Sunday, so I probably won’t be on here much, but I hope you guys have a great weekend!!

Smoothie deets:
1 cup frozen cauliflower
1/2 blueberry beet @nokaorganics pouch
1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
1 banana
1/2 cup flax milk
1 carb master strawberry yogurt
1 scoop @ancientnutr collagen
