Quick & easy dinner —> almond crusted chicken nuggets !!! They’re so good & flavorful and pair perfectly with some sweet potato fries ? or sautéed veggies! I made a big batch to have on hand for the rest of the week & paired some with @primalkitchenfoods ranch tonight. Recipe below as always 🙂 || #HannahHarvestingHealth

Chicken Nuggets:
1.) Preheat oven to 400F
2.) Whisk together two eggs in a small bowl.
3.) In a separate bowl, stir together 1 cup almond flour + Italian seasoning + pink salt + black pepper.
4.) Cut chicken into small pieces, dip into egg, and then into seasoning mix.
5.) Place them on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through!
