rainy day eatssss ? I’ve made these bars before with blueberries, so I thought I would give them a try with chocolate chunks… best decision ever ? This is seriously one of the easiest recipes and one that is great to prep ahead of time for a quick breakfast or snack during the week! The texture is my favvvv part ?? Chocolate Chunk Oat Banana Bread Bars:
2 cups almond flour
1/2 cup @bobsredmill quick cooking oats
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
2 small bananas (mashed)
1/4 cup agave

Directions: Preheat oven to 350F and spray/line an 8×8 dish. In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients. In a small bowl whisk together the egg and agave, then stir in the mashed banana. Pour the wet into the dry and stir until well combined. Fold in the chocolate chunks, scrape batter into the dish, and bake for 30 minutes!
