Refusing to eat anything hot over here cause this summer heat is no joke ☀️ So for dinner I whipped up this ‘turmeric chickpea salad’ from @karissasvegankitchen and enjoyed it in a wrap! SO many yummy flavors happening here and it’s cold so #winwin ✔️ I changed up a few things here and there, but guys this is legit soooo good ?? Perfect for a little prep for the week if you want something that’s easy to put together! I hope you guys have had a great day ?

Turmeric chickpea salad:
1 can chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
1/3 cup @primalkitchenfoods avocado oil mayo or vegan mayo
1/2 tsp. turmeric
1/4 tsp. ground mustard
Juice of half a lemon
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Salt & pepper
Directions:
I just blended everything together in a food processor, leaving it a little chunky ?? Wrapped it in a @bfreefoods quinoa & chia seed GF wrap! • #makesmewhole
