Revisiting older recipes is fun! And yummy 😉 These ‘Blueberry Coconut Energy Bites’ are soooooo good and are definitely something I’m going to be making every week to have for a quick snack during my busy class days 🙌🏼 I added blackberries to this batch and it gave them such a pretty color and flavor! Just 7 simple ingredients and it makes about 9 or 10 bites 😋 I hope you guys have a great Tuesday 💓 #hannahharvestinghealth •

Blueberry coconut energy bites: 1/2 cup plain yogurt (I used @foragerproject DF cashew yogurt) + 1/2 cup coconut flour + 2 tsp. water (or a little more if you use a thicker yogurt) + 1/4 cup mashed blueberries + 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used @livwell_nutrition vanilla bean plant protein and the scoop is about 1/4 cup) + 1 tsp. pure maple syrup/honey + 3 or 4 mashed blackberries! DIRECTIONS: Stir everything together, roll into balls, and store in the fridge or freezer! •
