saturday calls for homemade biscuits ❊ just 5 ingredients + 15 minutes in the oven!! happy weekend! || #hannahharvestinghealth

mini blueberry biscuits:
i n g r e d i e n t s-
1 1/4 cup @bobsredmill almond flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. butter {melted}
1 egg
3-4 tbsp. frozen wild blueberries
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
d i r e c t i o n s-
1. preheat oven to 350F and spray/line a baking sheet.
2. in a small bowl, whisk together the almond flour & baking powder.
3. stir in the melted butter until well combined, then stir in the egg until a dough forms.
4. fold in the blueberries & roll dough into 7 balls. slightly flatten them on the baking sheet & bake for 15 minutes. {best enjoyed with extra butter on top!}
