Smiling because I’m just so darn grateful. Really starting to learn that no matter the circumstance I’m in, there is a l w a y s something to be grateful for. This has really helped me shift my perspective when I start feeling anxious and overwhelmed. No, I don’t always have a grateful attitude, but it’s in those moments of difficulty that I can really challenge myself to find the positives, list out all that I am grateful for, and accept that the rough times are what help strengthen and mold me ?
