Soft pillowy donut holes make for the most perfect Saturday morning breakfast 🤤 Growing up, my siblings and I would always go and get donuts on the weekend, which is one of my favorite childhood memories! So I guess you could say I’m still carrying on that tradition 💃 I used @southerninlaw vegan & GF baked cinnamon donut recipe, adapted a few ingredients, then made the batter into donuts AND donut holes! These are more fun in my opinion 🤗 I’ve already had a pretty productive morning doing some baking, laundry/vacuuming, and my sister and I are hopefully going to buy some bikes today 🚲 I’m so excited because we are super close to town and it’s always fun exploring on a bike! Donut hole dEATs: So this gets a little complicated haha but I made @southerninlaw donut recipe (link is in my bio) and added 1 scoop of @livwell_nutrition vanilla bean plant protein powder and used oat flour for the flour base. Then I filled a little donut pan (it holds 6 donuts) with the batter. With the rest of the batter I made these donut holes (put 1/4 cup of coconut flour into the remaining donut batter, roll into balls, coat in cinnamon/coconut sugar mixture, place on a pan, and bake at 355F for about 11 minutes) 🍩 •
