Some days I wake up and want avocado & eggs, other days I wake up and want chocolate ? It’s all about balance and listening to my body/giving it what it craves ?? I just made my microwave banana bread in a microwave safe cereal bowl, then cut it in half, and topped it with some 90% cocoa supreme dark chocolate + unsweetened shredded coconut + banana chips for that added crunch ? I hope you guys have the best day!

SINGLE-SERVING MICROWAVE BANANA BREAD:
1 tbsp. coconut oil/butter/ghee
1 egg
1 small ripe banana (mashed)
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. almond flour
1 tbsp. coconut flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
DIRECTIONS:
In a microwaveable cereal bowl, melt the coconut oil (about 20-30 seconds). Let it cool for a few seconds, then whisk in the egg and mashed banana. Stir in the rest of the ingredients and microwave for 2 minutes!
