Starting my day with a fresh & fruity breakfast 🥝 I haven’t made chia seed pudding in what seems like forever 😯 I’m not usually a huge fan of it, but I thought I would put a fun little twist on it and it actually turned out really yummy!! I layered it with some kiwi slices and topped it with @purely_elizabeth maple granola 👌🏼 Always gotta have a little crunch! I’ll put the recipe below, as always 💕 Have a great day friends! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Strawberry chia seed pudding: (1-2 servings)—1/2 cup plain/vanilla yogurt (I used @foragerproject ), 5 strawberries, 3 tbsp. chia seeds, and you could also add in protein powder or collagen!
*Blend together the strawberries and yogurt, then stir in the chia seeds, pour into a bowl or jar, cover it and leave overnight in the fridge to set! You can pair it with some yogurt/fruit/granola or just eat it plain*
