Starting the day off with a super filling and nutritious breakfast 🙋🏼‍♀️ I recently tried sprouted steel cut oats and I’m obsessed! They have such a good texture and are even better when soaked overnight 🙌🏼 I’m heading to class soon, but I hope you guys have the best day! Tomorrow is Friday!!! || #hannahharvestinghealth

Blueberry Steel Cut Oat dEATs:
1/3 cup @onedegreeorganics sprouted steel cut oats
2/3 cup almond milk
1 scoop @ancientnutrition collagen
1/2 tsp. @terrasoul maca powder
1 tbsp. @salbachia probiotic ground chia
1/2 tsp. @simplyorganicfoods ceylon cinnamon
1/4 cup blueberries
1 spoonful @juliesreal cinnamon vanilla cashew butter
Directions: Stir everything together and cover. Store in the fridge overnight and then enjoy in the morning cold/or heat them on the stove (I added an extra splash of almond milk.) Topped then with banana + pepitas + @salbachia White chia seeds!
