Summer calls for allllll the no bake recipes! I had three RIPE bananas sitting on my counter, so I mashed them in a big bowl then threw in a bunch of other stuff ? The only thing I didn’t measure was the oats, but you really can’t go wrong (just stir it all together to see if you need to add more) ?? BANANA OAT BARS:
3 ripe bananas
1/4 cup @wholefoods_365_ almond butter
2 scoops @ancientnutrition collagen
ABOUT 2 1/2 cups @onedegreeorganics sprouted gf oats
1/4 cup @intheraw agave
1/3 cup cacao nibs
1/4 cup goji berries
2 tsp. @feet asoul maca powder
2 tbsp. @salbachia chia seeds
1 tbsp. @manitobaharvest hemp seeds
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Directions: Stir everything together in a large bowl, press into an 8×8 pan (or whatever you have), and store in the fridge! I kept mine in there overnight and enjoyed a couple this morning for breakfast. {Makes about 9 big bars or 18 small ones like these}
