Sweet waffles yesterday, savory pancake today ? I was so excited to see that Kroger had HUGE avocados that were perfectly ripe ?? (this is only half an avo ?). I took on the challenge to make one big pancake this morning and I’m very proud of myself ? I was planning on just trying to flip it, but didn’t think that was the best idea so I just heated up another pan and plopped it on when one side was fully cooked! I used @kodiakcakes PUMPKIN flax mix and omg total game changer with the savory toppings ?? Heading to church soon and then I plan to have another chill day of reading and catching up on some school work. Happy Sunday ?

Pancake deets: 1/2 cup @kodiakcakes pumpkin flax mix + 1/4 cup and 1-2 tbsp. @bluediamond almond milk. Topped with 2 scrambled eggs + 1/2 avocado + black pepper!
