the texture of these energy balls is my favvvvv ?? I store them in the freezer and then take them out to thaw for around 5 minutes. so so good! I used my ‘blackberry coconut energy ball’ recipe, but subbed cashew flour for coconut flour & blueberries for blackberries. happy thursday! || #hannahharvestinghealth

BLUEBERRY CASHEW ENERGY BALLS:
i n g r e d i e n t s-
1/2 cup @foragerproject unsweetened protein yogurt
1 cup @natureseats cashew flour
1/4 cup @wholefoods frozen wild blueberries {slightly warmed in the microwave or on the stove}
1/2 cup @nuzest_usa smooth vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp. @traderjoeslist clover honey

d i r e c t i o n s-
stir everything together, roll into balls, and store in the fridge or freezer. enjoy!
