This is my kinda post workout meal 💃 Loaded with healthy fats, carbs, and protein 👌🏼I notice that if I don’t get a filling breakfast after I workout, then I’m completely ravenous the whole day 😂 anyone else?! This combo is seriously my favorite savory meal ever 🙌🏼 Also, how cute is this egg?! I have a tiny pan I used and it came out so perfect haha it’s the little things in life 😆 I hope you guys have a great Tuesday! #hannahharvestinghealth •

Breakfast dEATs: 1/2 an avocado with @traderjoes everything but the bagel seasoning, 1 egg with black pepper, radishes, and sweet potato bites that I air-fried in my @vonshef.us air fryer! I just coat them in a little coconut oil and cook at 400F for about 12-15 minutes 😋
