This recipe started as a cookie recipe, but I adapted it and the batter ended up looking more like brownie batter so I went with that 🙆🏼‍♀️ … & wowww these are seriously the best brownies I’ve ever had (yes I had a brownie for breakfast 😉) Topped them with an @rxbar vanilla almond butter swirl & they actually came out kinda pretty haha! I’ll leave the recipe below 🙂 Happy weekend friends! || #hannahharvestinghealth
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Brownie Loaf dEATs:
1 1/4 cup almond flour
3 tbsp. cacao powder
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp. cacao nibs (optional)
1 scoop collagen (optional)
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1 egg
1/4 cup agave
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions: Preheat oven to 350F and spray/line two mini loaf pans (you can find them at Marshall’s/TJ Maxx/Tuesday Morning.) Whisk together the dry ingredients in a large bowl and whisk the wet ingredients together in a small bowl. Pour the wet into the dry and stir until well combined. Divide batter into two mini loaf pans, swirl nut butter if you desire, and bake for 35 minutes!
