‘Tis the season for GINGERBREAD BARS ?✨ They’re so easy to make and have the best fluffy texture! I topped them with @simplemills vanilla icing & gingerbread sprinkles that I found at @tjmaxx ??‍♀️ I hope you guys are having a good Monday! I drove back to Greenville this morning and have been grocery shopping + baking for the past few hours, so I’m excited to have a slow night with Christmas movies ?? || #hannahharvestinghealth

Gingerbread Bars:
i n g r e d i e n t s-
1 1/2 cups @bobsredmill almond flour
1/2 cup @bobsredmill gf baking flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/3 cup @nutiva coconut sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 cup @traderjoes almond milk
2 eggs
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
d i r e c t i o n s-
1. Preheat oven to 350F and spray/line an 8×8 baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients & in a small bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients.
3. Pour the wet into dry and stir until well combined.
4. Pour into the 8×8 and bake for 20 minutes! Let them cool at least 10-15 minutes cool before topping with icing.
